A plan isn’t a project until it’s financed and delivered.
Financing without procurement is a plan. Procurement without financing is a wish list. Most firms hand you one and call it done — we built A&A to deliver both, in the same relationship.
How the disciplines connect
Project Finance
We structure long-term financing for industrial projects — oil and gas facilities, petrochemical plants, and industrial machinery — combining export credit agencies, multilateral development banks, bilateral development finance institutions, and top-tier European banks into a single, bankable package. See our Financing Network for the full picture.
Trade Finance
Most letters of credit fail at the documentation stage, not the negotiation stage — a shipping discrepancy the issuing bank can reject on sight. We act directly as L/C beneficiary, on both at-sight and deferred-payment terms, and manage that documentation ourselves rather than leaving it to a freight forwarder. It’s the difference between a trade transaction that gets paid and one that gets disputed.
Procurement
A financed transaction is only real once the equipment ships and clears customs — and that’s usually where outside advisors stop. We stay in as Exporter of Record, hold the export licensing compliance ourselves, and keep the financing banks directly informed as the shipment moves. Delivery isn’t a subcontractor’s problem; it’s ours until the equipment arrives.
Why one relationship
Most firms deliver half of what a project needs.
A project isn’t finished until the equipment ships and the financing behind it is real — we don’t consider either one done until both are.
