What we provide is structuring and access — the ability to bring an emerging market project to institutions that would otherwise be out of reach, and to combine several of them into a single, bankable financing package.

That includes syndicating across several institutions at once, and carrying the compliance burden that stops most emerging market projects before financing ever closes.

TIER I

Export Credit Agencies

We work with export credit agencies across Europe, including Germany’s Euler Hermes and UFK, alongside SACE (Italy), Bpifrance (France), Atradius (Netherlands), OeKB (Austria), and CESCE (Spain). Structuring a transaction across several agencies at once produces multi-ECA financing that competes directly with state-backed alternatives from outside Europe.

TIER II

Multilateral Development Banks

Our primary multilateral partner is the EBRD, complemented by relationships across the EIB, IFC, and IsDB. Multilateral co-financing alongside a commercial bank produces a bankable structure that most emerging market developers cannot assemble independently.

TIER III

Bilateral Development Finance Institutions

We maintain working relationships with Europe’s bilateral development finance institutions — DEG (Germany), FMO (Netherlands), Proparco (France), OeEB (Austria), and BII (UK) — a layer of financing that most project developers have never approached directly.

TIER IV

Top-Tier European Banks

Financing is ultimately funded through top-tier European commercial banks, providing letter of credit confirmation, credit facilities, and export credit coverage, and syndicating larger transactions across multiple institutions where required.
